These Terms of Service apply to all users of the LivingLink Algarve platform (livinglinkalgarve.com), operated by Metatron Marketing Ltd.

2. Use of the Platform

LivingLink Algarve is a bilingual directory and marketplace platform for the Algarve region. End-user access is free. Business listings are paid (see pricing page).

3. Prohibited Content

Users may not post false, misleading, illegal or offensive content. Spam, automated access and scraping of content are prohibited.

4. Accuracy of Information

LivingLink Algarve does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of listings or information published on the platform. Content responsibility rests with the respective advertisers.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content (design, text, branding) is the property of Metatron Marketing Ltd. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is not liable for damages arising from use of the platform or from transactions between users and advertisers.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend user accounts or listings for violation of these terms without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

Portuguese law applies. Jurisdiction is Portugal.
